Geraldine Bishop

With the function of Company Secretary Geraldine is also responsible for human resources working with our accountants and lawyers. Geraldine also takes the lead in corporate social responsibility activities with our commitment to support communities within which we live and work.

Gaynor Mccarthy-Smith

Programme And Project Manager
Gaynor brings considerable expertise with strong organisational skills in the fields of re-investment, new development and facilities management at programme and project delivery levels, supplemented with procurement and health and safety knowledge.

David Steele

Our Commercial surveyor with specific expertise in the strategic economic options assessments, viability and subsequent project delivery from contracting, development risk taking and professional advisory experience.  David Steele and David Bishop have successfully worked together over many years in various environments.

Kath Matthews

Kath is David Bishop’s technical assistant and administers the smooth running of the office. Coming from a commercial background, Kath’s expertise lies in co-ordination, client care, communications, document production and presentation.

Roz Roberts

Looks after all our bookkeeping and account management requirements and liaises with our accountants to ensure we comply with all our financial statutory obligations.

Ann Lander

Ann, a Chartered Surveyor, brings expertise in asset and delivery management, strategic research and compliance audit. Ann has gained considerable experience in urban regeneration working on large scale, complex neighbourhood, mixed tenure, mixed use development as well as specialist accommodation, she provides an understanding of the interaction between people, prosperity and place in both social and physical investment frameworks.

Lindsey Bishop-Edwards

With a background in health psychology and experience within applied research, Lindsey provides relevant insights into the concepts and designs utilised within dba’s Community Action Resource Team’s Programme. This programme is concerned with enhancing wellbeing of individuals in a number of ways across a range of applications.
